The existing website lacked a clear structure, making it difficult for users to navigate essential resources. Important information about trade and tourism was buried under outdated content, reducing its effectiveness. Additionally, the design was not fully aligned with the official Peruvian brand identity, leading to inconsistencies across connected platforms.
Beyond aesthetics, the commission needed a site that could be easily updated by their internal team without requiring extensive technical expertise. Their previous system was cumbersome, slowing down content updates and limiting their ability to respond quickly to changes in trade policies, events, and initiatives. A streamlined approach was necessary to enhance both functionality and efficiency.

We also integrated a scalable content management system (CMS), enabling the commission’s team to make updates independently without relying on external developers. This shift empowered them with greater control over their digital presence.
